Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game LinkTan (the "App"), published by Arcstro ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on a device you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the App; or
• use the App in any unlawful manner or to infringe the rights of others.

3. Intellectual property

The App, including its code, artwork, audio, level designs, and the LinkTan and Arcstro names and logos, is owned by Arcstro and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the licence granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

4. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcstro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for it, if any.

6. Updates and availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for doing so.

7. App store terms

Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and policies of the app store from which you obtained it (for example, Google Play). Where those terms conflict with these Terms, the app store's terms govern to the extent required.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
