This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Arcstro ("Arcstro", "we", "us", or "our") treats information in connection with the mobile application LinkTan (the "App"). This Policy applies to the App only. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

1. Summary

LinkTan is a single-player game that operates entirely offline. We do not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. The App contains no user accounts, analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies.

2. Information We Collect

We collect no personal information through the App. Specifically, the App does not request, access, or process your name, email address, telephone number, precise or approximate location, contacts, photographs, device identifiers, or advertising identifiers. We do not use cookies, software development kits (SDKs), or third-party analytics or advertising services.

3. Information Stored on Your Device

The App stores gameplay data — such as level progress, unlocked levels, and audio preferences — locally on your device. This data is retained solely on your device, is not transmitted to Arcstro or any third party, and is deleted when you uninstall the App. We have no access to this data at any time.

4. Network Access and Permissions

The App does not require an internet connection to function and does not transmit data over any network during normal operation. The App does not request device permissions for the purpose of collecting personal information.

5. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or data-sharing services. If you obtain the App through a third-party distribution platform (for example, Google Play), that platform may collect information in connection with the download, installation, and delivery of the App. Any such collection is governed by the platform operator's own privacy policy and is outside our control. We do not receive personal data from these platforms.

6. Children's Privacy

The App does not collect personal information from any user, including children. Accordingly, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), consistent with applicable children's privacy laws.

7. Data Security

Because the App does not collect or transmit personal data, there is no personal information held by us that could be subject to a data breach. Data stored locally on your device is protected by the security controls provided by your device and operating system.

8. Your Rights

As we do not hold any personal information about you, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. You may remove all locally-stored gameplay data at any time by uninstalling the App.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
